Creative director

As a Creative Director, I was fortunate to work with incredibly talented teams that produced exceptional work. One of the key strategies we employed was empowering our creatives to seek out and develop relationships with clients that they were passionate about, allowing them to truly invest in the work they were doing. By avoiding the traditional client-agency relationship and instead focusing on personal connections, we were able to create innovative and impactful campaigns that were recognized with numerous awards, including being crowned Agency of the Year in 2009. Seeing our creatives go on to achieve great success around the world was a testament to the importance of fostering talent and providing the right environment for growth.

 
 

 
 

DESIGN DIRECTOR

As the Design Director, I recognized the need to expand our department to attract new business and create more opportunities for groundbreaking design work. Working in tandem with the Managing Director, we made a concerted effort to recruit the best design talent from the region. To complement this approach, we also established an internship program to help cultivate and develop local designers for both Ogilvy and the wider community. It's important to us to foster the growth of local talent and to give them the opportunity to shine on a global stage.
